It's 4 more days until my birthday...
I'll be glad when this back to school shopping stuff is done. Do you have any idea how hard it is to find Fat Pencils? We've been looking for a couple of weeks now and still can't find them. And a "box of velcro squares". I can find packages of squares and circles. Packages of a long continues strip. No "box of velcro squares." Hopefully I'll be able to try a sewing store this weekend.
This past saturday was the first Saturday 2nd shift that I've worked since before Audrey was born. It was fun. LOL. I had to make sure that I was doing everything right while continuing someone elses training. I felt like it was a case of the blind leading the blind.
I got only 3 hours of sleep between shifts. I was bummed, 'cause I could have gone geocaching with a couple of seasoned guys, but I stayed home instead.
My sinuses are still bugging the crap out of me. I think there may be some merit to the Candida thing that one of the Dec98 moms was talking about. I scored pretty high on the questionnaire. I should go read that book.
I got mostly nothing accomplished in FFXI this weekend. I did get enough Jeuno fame for Gobbiebag III. I got quite tired of giving the sheep guy cabbages. If I see another cabbage I'm going to scream.
I've been watching the Olympics. Jer says I'm strange because I like to watch gymnastics and diving. If I had known how cool the uneven parallel bars were back when I was taking gymnastics, maybe I would have kept with it. But I was a pudgy pre-adolescent.
Mikey has a doctors appointment on Thursday. It's either with the ENT or the Urologist, I can't remember which.
This afternoon I was napping on the couch (instead of playing, due to server maintainance) and my dream got downright mean. I dreamt that someone totalled my car. Not a good way to wake up.
Jer and I are starting to make a plan of action for organizing the house. We have a lot of stuff. It'd be nice to have a yard sale and get money back from it, but neither of us could really get motivated enough to do the organization needed for a yard sale. So we figure we'll donate the clothes to goodwill and freecycle the other stuff.
It's about dinner time...
