My brother has been gone for a year now.
But anyway... life goes on, eh?
Weekend was productive. It was easter and I took the kids a day early. Hey, we needed an extra day to color eggs. :D Friday morning I discover that I'm basically out of pullups for Audrey. Damnit. It's unseasonably cold... I don't really want to go out if I don't have to... Time to put those panties on her and potty train!
And it worked! Score for Mommy! Yay! [I will admit, I was VERY nervous sitting there playing WoW with her watching from my lap. Nothing between me and her but a bit of cloth. And she did have one accident the first day which I discovered where she'd had it later - when I sat down at my computer. Damnit.]
Coloring eggs - it's a good thing we did it on the floor in the kitchen instead of in the living room. My dining table doesn't arrive until May. So we used my itty bitty kitchen, sitting on the floor. The blue got knocked over, resulting in a blue me, blue kids, and blue floor. The floor cleaned up easily. I sported some blue fingers for a few days.
Got my Druid to 60. Yay! Third toon to 60. We also had a kick ass BRD run. 59 Druid & Warrior, 70 Rogue and Shadow Priest. We melted the face off of Jailbreak and all of the bosses. Wheeeeeee.
Not too sure what the plans are for this weekend. I need to put my apartment back into order, do some sorting of crap and stuff. I haven't watched any Red Dwarf for over a week. Ack!
I haven't really been feeling well either. Sore throat, I feel dehydrated despite drinking 2 L of water. Must be fighting something nasty. Sleeping a lot too. I just wish the telemarketer who keeps calling my cell phone during the day would STOP. Christ. Get the fuckign point already. I did get a new ring tone for my phone so I didn't get woken up by something I hate. But if they keep it up, I may wind up hating one of my fav songs - Precious by Depeche Mode. I really wanted something by Within Temptation (great band, been listening to them exclusively for the past week) but couldn't get anything for my phone from their website.
I wanna go home. Stuck at work. Want to sleep... or play more WoW. Need to farm Thorium for my jewelcrafter and engineer. It sucks. Playing my druid (skinner) I see thorium all over the place, but while running around on my miner (mage) I don't find a whole lot. Murphy for you.
